As a 340B Specialty Advisor, you will support program operations by completing inventory analyses and planning projects to successfully reconcile program activity. The position requires the ability to perform in-depth reviews of financial and pharmacy inventory data from 340B Administrators and internal partners. In addition, the role will assist with completing various claim volume analyses and tactical planning projects that are impactful and relevant to 340B contracting & reporting. This position will include managing program performance metrics and project planning to fulfill various reporting needs simultaneously, while meeting designated deadlines and standards.

Primary Duties:
* Build and develop additional dynamic reporting in support of the 340B Specialty Program to generate timely and impactful insights into our existing contracted 340B business specific to their inventory and replenishment activity and claims volume.
* Continually manage and analyze key pharmacy performance metrics (e.g. script and product volumes, replenishment cycles, etc) to evaluate and refine 340B contract management strategies.
* Lead analyses on active 340B program to develop opportunities to decrease inventory liabilities and increase operational efficiencies
* Set operational objectives and prepare action steps toward achievement of those objectives
* Serve as key contributor and subject matter expert for 340B.
* Assist the analytics team on other offerings as assigned; playing a long term role in maintaining and growing reporting capabilities for the department
* Communicate to internal and external partners the analyses and outcomes to reconcile program activity
* Work closely with the Implementation team to effectively reconcile programs transitioning 340B Administrators and/or pursuing termination
* Perform analysis on new opportunities in the 340B program to develop revenue/profit projections
* Serve as a resource to the 340B Specialty Implementation team for ongoing support.
* Performing other duties as assigned

**The ideal candidate will work out of our Northbrook, IL office, however this position can be remote/home based.

Required Qualifications
* 1 or more years of 340B experience
* At least 5 year of experience analyzing data sets; including 3rd party reporting and internal financial analyses
* A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Excel at an intermediate or higher level.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in workflow management systems and/or service delivery
* Experience in CVS/pharmacy inventory management as it relates to 340B replenishment

* Bachelor degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
