We are hiring an experienced Senior Product Manager to join an entrepreneurial consumer health product team within CVSH that is focused on creating engaging products for seniors using connected devices to support their health and independence.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will participate in developing and executing the vision and strategy on a fast paced team that is building a new experience for seniors using connected devices. This role requires working closely with both internal and external development teams, collaborating across business units, communicating to a variety of stakeholders, and developing content to effectively communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap. The Senior Product Manager will be involved in every aspect of the product process: deeply understanding the business, the consumers, go-to-market strategies, and success metrics.

Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer facing products
* Ability to partner with cross functional teams in the midst of ambiguity
* Strong organizational, management, analytical, communication, and people skills
* Strong technical understanding of core programming and computer science concepts
* Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience and passion for bringing new healthcare products and services to market and the ability to drive product prioritization in an entrepreneurial fast-paced environment.
* Prior experience with software supporting IoT and working with development teams in an agile environment building consumer facing products.
* Experience with the senior market a plus.
* Past product management or other related experience in a healthcare, digital health, PERS, safety, or retail business.
* Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions using solutions based thinking and seeks to solve problems
* Able to balance customer-centricity, stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility for product while clearly articulating tradeoffs
* Ability to guide product strategy from internal pilots to external launch, create roadmaps, decompose high-level requirements into user stories, and manage product backlogs
* Experience creating and supporting seamless customer journeys through analog and digital experiences
* Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment within a large organization that is fast-paced and fluid
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter while building connections with remote team members and stakeholders

Education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
